Pune: Even 22 years after his death, spiritual mystic Osho, or Bhagwan Rajneesh, continues to spark controversy. This time, the issue is not sex, which always shadowed his name, but something even sexier: the fate of prime real estate belonging to the Osho International Foundation (OIF) at Koregaon Park, Pune, estimated at a value of around Rs 1,000 crore.

Disciples urge support to ‘save’ Osho Commune

Pune’s Osho Trust gifts ‘excess land’ to unknown entity

Osho Foundation skips dates with charity commissioner

Osho’s Pune commune now riven by property dispute

Osho Rajneesh’s 35-acre commune in Pune’s upmarket Koregaon Park area is once again in the eye of the storm.This time, a section of the spiritual mystic’s followers have accused the trustees running the organisation, mainly foreigners, of attempting to sell the Rs 1,000-crore property to a Pune-based developer linked to a top Maharashtra-based politician.
